Cancel within 24 hours, before submission, for a full refund.
No processing fees
Approved refunds are issued in full, with no deductions.

01. Full Refund Within 24 Hours
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within24 hours of your purchase, as long as your application has not yet been submitted for processing. Because applications are submitted automatically, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
02. After Your Application Is Submitted
Once your application has been submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail, refunds are no longer guaranteed. Any other refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued only if approved.
03. Reference 101 Errors
If your application results in a Reference 101 error, we will provide next-step instructions via email or fax.
If we are unable to obtain your EIN due to a Reference 101 error, you will receive afull refund, issued the following business day with email confirmation.
04. How to Request a Refund

05. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. They typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
06. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks for orders where services were fulfilled.
